HE WHO HONORS ME (2010)
Written with my friend Derek Levendusky and a foreword by well-known worship leader Darrell Evans, He Who Honors Me is a book geared towards worship leaders, worship teams, and pastors. Some of my favorite chapters include Derek’s Honor Your Children which discusses encouraging youth in worship, and Honor Christ where he brings terrific revelation on what it means to worship under grace.
I’ve personally been teaching out of one of my chapters called Honor Your Gifts in seminars this past year. I also lay down some practicals in facilitating spontaneous worship in the chapter Honor The Holy Spirit. Some other central themes in the book include dealing with the praise of man, being content to be yourself, and honoring our leaders.
